Give Me The Grateful Life - Monday

It is Monday, again.
Can someone tell me where my weekend went?
I blinked and POOF it was gone.
Lately, I feel like this every day.
How do I stop this hamster wheel I'm on and B-R-E-A-T-H-E?

Being grateful is a start.  Additional suggestions are MORE THAN welcome:

  1. I am grateful that I am FINALLY feeling better.
  2. I am grateful that now that I am finally feeling better, I can resume my morning walks.
  3. I am grateful (and optimistic) that now that I can resume my morning walks, my anxiety level will drop back to it's "normal" levels.
  4. I am grateful for my dog trainer and E-collar.
  5. I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE UCLA WRITING WORKSHOP THAT BEGINS TOMORROW!  YAY!

What are you grateful for this Monday?

P.S. Thanks to everyone who entered the contest.  Later on today, I will post a poll where you will choose the three eye-concealers I will sample.  Help me, help you (and me, of course) look beautiful.

My weekend does the same thing. Part of the problem is that I fill it up with dumb stuff like laundry and cleaning bathrooms. Blech.

I am grateful the the laundry is done and does not need to be done again until next weekend :)

I am grateful for a husband who worries over me stressing out about cracking-up the car rather than stressing about the cracked-up car.

I am so very grateful for our weekend away to, as Mrs. G so aptly put it, "get our groove back."

I am beyond grateful that I'm beginning to feel like myself again.

I am grateful that I spent part of my weekend having a yard sale - made $60!

I am grateful that next weekend is a three-day-weekend!

I am grateful to be going to BlogHer in Boston next weekend also - I'm looking forward to meeting other bloggers in person and learning how to take my blog to the next level!

Last but not least, I am grateful that my little brother arrived home safely last week after a tour of duty in Iraq - now I can finally stop worrying about him.

I'm grateful that my Monday morning drive to work started off with a tire blowout/flat on the 118 Freeway (which I handled very well, by the way - it didn't escalate into anything worse, and I've already had it fixed). No, I'm serious. A week that starts off that way HAS to get better!

I'm also grateful for the way that things seem to be falling into place for our upcoming move - even if it IS making my husband nervous that things are going TOO well!

I'm grateful that I didn't get rid of my old printer when the new one came and decided not to work. Really, I print every day and I need my printer : )

Have you entered to win Petunia Pig?

I am grateful that there is less than a month left to this election. Because that is driving my anxiety.
